Richard Bailey Doering, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a Board-Certified vascular surgeon specializing in the office treatment of varicose veins using modern Laser technology and Sclerotherapy. He received his pre-medical training at UCLA and his M.D. degree from the California College of Medicine. Surgical residency and Vascular Fellowship were at the Los Angeles County Hospital. His past honors include being Chief of Staff and Chairman of Cardiovascular Services at Hoag Hospital where he is currently Medical Director and Director of the Vascular Laboratory.
